Let's get ready

Sit on your bed with your back off the bed at a 90 degree angle. Don't let your feet hang off the bed.

Place a pillow behind you. Position it so that when you lie down, the top of the pillow will be under your shoulders and your head will hang off the pillow and down onto the bed.

Keep your phone in your left hand, and position it 18-24 inches in front of your face

Turning from your neck, move your head to 10 o'clock. Move the phone to keep it centered on your gaze.

I'm ready- start the clock!

Stay upright and keep your head turned at 10 o'clock for 30 seconds.

Keeping your head at 10 o'clock, quickly lay down on top of the pillow and let your head lean back towards the bed for 30 seconds

Turn your head and body to the right, into the bed, for 30 seconds
