Sit on your bed with your back off the bed at a 90 degree angle. Don't let your feet hang off the bed.
Place a pillow behind you. Position it so that when you lie down, the top of the pillow will be under your shoulders and your head will hang off the pillow and down onto the bed.
Keep your phone in your left hand, and position it 18-24 inches in front of your face
Turning from your neck, move your head to 10 o'clock. Move the phone to keep it centered on your gaze.
